Bookings and payments
Your name, email address, phone number (if given), the package you choose and your project details. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. We never see or store your card number.
Technical information
Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. Your cookie choices are saved in your browser's local storage.
3. How and Why We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry or audit request - legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us).
- To take payment, deliver your project and send confirmations - performance of a contract with you.
- To keep business and tax records - legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud - legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who We Share It With
We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run the website and business:
- Stripe - payment processing (privacy policy)
- Supabase - secure storage of enquiries and bookings (privacy policy)
- Formspree - delivery of contact form messages by email (privacy policy)
- Vercel - website hosting (privacy policy)
- Google - email (Gmail) and web fonts (privacy policy)
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, for example in the USA. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US Data Bridge.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Bookings and payment records: 6 years, as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
